Civil Partnership Dissolution
We’re here to help
Since December 2005 it has been possible for same sex couples to enter into a civil partnership and since 29 March 2014 same sex couples have been able to get married. The process for dissolution of a civil partnership is similar to divorce and dealing with the associated financial arrangements.
Our team can advise you on the implications of entering into a civil partnership and the financial claims upon dissolution.
