This week (26-30 January 2026), we are supporting Family Mediation Week 2026 – an annual campaign organised by the Family Mediation Council aimed at promoting mediation.
During the course of this week, the Family Mediation Council are hosting a series of free webinars for both the public and legal professionals. The webinars explore different topics and aspects of mediation to help more people understand how it can enable separating couples to make decisions about their future. Family Mediation Week is a reminder to us all that mediation is not just a tool for resolving conflict – it is a way for separating couples to regain control, rebuild trust and shape their own outcomes. It provides a safe environment for people to discuss the things that actually matter to them and explore possible solutions which are sustainable in the long term.
