We are experts in resolving the financial aspects of divorce and separation and are regularly instructed to deal with cases involving owner-managed family businesses, complex trust and tax issues, significant pensions, cross jurisdictional elements and third party interests. We also advise on matters arising on the breakdown of cohabitation, domestic violence and a significant number of high value pre and post-nuptial agreements.
